When you order bifoclas or varifocals we send the frames out to you before making your prescription lenses. You will use the frames to take some important measurments. Next, you'll send back your frames free of charge so that we can produce your perfect prescription lenses. Transition lenses are the lenses that darken in the sunlight and lighten in softer light or the dark. They offer both style and convenience, and can help protect your eyes from UV. Our lenses use genuine Transitions technology.

- Hafta İçi 16:20/18:30 ve Cumartesi 12:00/15:00 saat aralıklarında siparişler hazırlanarak kargo şubesine teslim edildiğinden dolayı, siparişinizi yalnızca belirlenen sevkiyat saatlerinin öncesi ve sonrasında iptal edebilirsiniz! - Siparişiniz kargo şubesine verilmiş ve kargo takip numarası oluşmuş ise siparişinizi iptal edemezsiniz! - İptal işlemlerini üyelik panelinizden hesabınıza girerek yapabilirsiniz. Üyeliksiz verilen siparişin iptali için, mail adresinize gelen sipariş onay mailinde yer alan "Siparişinizi görüntüleyin" adımlarını seçerek, açılan sipariş durum sayfasında iptal işlemi sağlayabilirsiniz

Hafta içi 15:30'a kadar verilen tüm siparişler aynı gün içerisinde kargo firmasına teslim edilir, 15:30'dan sonra verilen siparişler ise ertesi gün kargo firmasına teslim edilir. Hafta sonu verdiğiniz siparişler Pazartesi günü tarafınıza sevk edilecektir. Siparişiniz erken saatlerde kargo şubesine teslim edilse bile kargo şubeleri 18:00'dan sonra sevk işlemine başlar ve takip numarası tarafınıza iletilir.

Siparişiniz kargo şubesine teslim edildiğinde telefon numaranıza ve kayıtlı mail adresinize kargo takip numarası iletilir.

Aras, MNG, Yurtiçi ve Ptt Kargo ile gönderim sağlanmaktadır. Sevkiyatı hangi kargo firması ile yapacağımızı sipariş verirken kendiniz tercih edebilirsiniz.
